Established in 2011 by Karen Mulligan, Sligo Counselling Service works with individuals of 18 years and over.

My approach is integrative which simply means that I utilise a variety of therapeutic approaches and tools when working with clients.  I firmly believe that whilst we share similarities we are all unique, therefore when you attend counselling you will be assessed and worked with on an individual basis.
